• Azure Chemi Blot Blocking Buffer was formulated specifically for chemiluminescent Western blots to enhance signal and lower background. The 1X formula comes ready-to-use with no mixing or dilutions required.
• Western blot membranes should be incubated in blocking buffer before antibody hybridization to prevent non-specific binding of antibodies. Blocking buffer can also be used for diluting primary and secondary antibodies during hybridization.
