• Azure Fluorescent Blot Blocking Buffer is optimized for use with Azure’s fluorescent Western blotting systems. It is formulated to lower background noise and to stabilize fluorescent signal.
• Western blot membranes should be incubated in blocking buffer before antibodies are added to prevent non-specific binding. Blocking buffer can also be used for diluting primary and secondary antibodies during hybridization.
• Azure’s 1x blocking solution is ready-to-use for your fluorescent Western blot.
